Welcome to the official website of the 4th IEEE International Advanced Computing Conference - IACC 2014. It will be held during Feb 21-22, 2014 at ITM University Gurgaon. IACC 2014 is being organised jointly by IEEE Computer Society of India and Department of Computer Science & Information Technology, ITM University India. All the registered papers will be published by the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. IACC-2014 will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in Computing, Communication and Information Technology. The aim of the Conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet the share cutting-edge development in the field. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in advanced Computing, Communication and Information Technology. Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working in and around the world.

(Illinois), Ph.D. (Illinois), FNASc - Being a premier university teaching courses for degrees in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and their applications, it is natural and appropriate that 4th IEEE International Advance Computing Conference is being held to bring together students, technologists and academician to understand the state of art and to peep into the future. Keeping in mind the convergence of computational technology, information technology, communication and their applications that is taking place and that is going to take place in near future, the participants will be discussing the latest development in these areas.

Dr. Deepak Garg, Convener, IACC 2014, Chair, IEEE Computer Society, India Council, Head, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Thapar University, Patiala- I am delighted to say that IACC’14 is being organized at ITM University, Gurgaon with all its glory. From the very start International Advanced Computing Conference have been the trend setter in this continent. Number of sponsors and participants are increasing every year. We have observed a steady rise in the number of quality manuscripts being received in the conference. IACC’09 and IACC’10 which was organised at Thapar University have got a very good number of citations of its papers in IEEE Explore. Similarly IACC’13 at AKGEC was also a success story. I thank the support of all authors, reviewers, IEEE office bearers, ITM faculty for making the conference a success.

Dr. Latika Singh, Convener, IACC 2014, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Computer Science, ITM University - It is a pleasure to welcome you to IACC 2014 to be held at ITM University during Feb 21-22, 2014. Over the past four years, IACC has grown to be an important international conference in Advanced Computing. It is an honor to preside over the fourth IACC. The conference is organized as a set of tracks in High Performance Computing, Advances in Communication and Networks, Advanced Algorithms, Image & Multimedia Processing, Databases and Data Mining, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Software Engineering and Soft Computing. There are three tutorial programs covering important areas of computing.
