Call for Special Session Proposal

The objective of special session is to provide platform for focused discussion on recent topics or innovative applications on existing approaches. A special conference could address a particular theme or consist of work done in some international project.

conferences of similar topics may be proposed, if needed we will schedule them at different slots over the conference period.

Special session Proposal Submission

Please submit your special session proposal which consist following information:

1. Special session title
2. A short description (2-3 lines) & covered topics
3. Session organizer(s) and chair(s)
4. List of speakers (when available)

Role & Responsibility of Special Session (as part of the main conference) Organizer(s)

1. Each special session will consist of a minimum of 6 papers, including invited papers and contribution papers related to the topic.
2. Each author is limited to presenting no more than 2 papers (including poster papers) at the conference.
3. Collect high-valued technical contributions by directly contacting the colleagues working in the proposed research field.
4. Remind your invitees to submit their papers directly to special session proposed by you using the online submission process.
5. You are kindly requested to supervise the review of papers in your special session.
6. Please remind the author to register the papers in your special session before you arrange the paper presentation orders in your special session, only registered paper will be scheduled in the program.
7. 30% of registration fees collected in a special session is given to special session Chair to support their travel and other expenses during the main conference. Conference Chair may also use this for advertising support, Bulk emailing, and Database acquisition etc to popularize the special conference.
8. The special session organizer ensures that research articles in his session must be from different parts of the world.
9. In a special session, maximum two papers will be considered from the special session organizer’s institute.
10. After the recommendation of the special session organizer, the research article will be submitted to the General co-chair/Publication co-chair for final recommendation.
11. Every organizer will get the certificate for hosting a special session.
