Call for Special Conference Proposal

The objective of special conference is to provide platform for focused discussion on recent topics or innovative applications on existing approaches. A special conference could address a particular theme or consist of work done in some international project.

conferences of similar topics may be proposed, if needed we will schedule them at different slots over the conference period.

Special conference Proposal Submission

Please submit your special conference proposal which consist following information:

1. Special Conference title
2. A short description (2-3 lines) & covered topics
3. Conference organizer(s) and chair(s)
4. List of speakers (when available)

Role & Responsibility of Special Conference (as part of the main conference) Organizer(s)

1. Each special conference will consist of a minimum of 6 papers, including invited papers and contribution papers related to the topic.
2. Each author is limited to presenting no more than 2 papers (including poster papers) at the conference.
3. Collect high-valued technical contributions by directly contacting the colleagues working in the proposed research field.
4. Remind your invitees to submit their papers directly to special conference proposed by you using the online submission process.
5. You are kindly requested to supervise the review of papers in your special conference.
6. Please remind the author to register the papers in your special conference before you arrange the paper presentation orders in your special conference, only registered paper will be scheduled in the program.
7. 40% of registration fees collected in a special conference is given to special conference Chair to support their travel and other expenses during the main conference. Conference Chair may also use this for advertising support, Bulk emailing, and Database acquisition etc to popularize the special conference.
8. The special conference organizer ensures that research articles in his session must be from different parts of the world.
9. In a special conference, maximum two papers will be considered from the special conference organizer’s institute.
10. After the recommendation of the special conference organizer, the research article will be submitted to the General co-chair/Publication co-chair for final recommendation.
11. Every organizer will get the certificate for hosting a special conference.
