Call for Special Session Proposal
The objective of special session is to provide platform for focused discussion on recent topics or innovative applications on existing approaches. A special conference could address a particular theme or consist of work done in some international project.
conferences of similar topics may be proposed, if needed we will schedule them at different slots over the conference period.
Special session Proposal Submission
Please submit your special session proposal which consist following information:
- Special session title
- A short description (2-3 lines) & covered topics
- Session organizer(s) and chair(s)
- List of speakers (when available)
Role & Responsibility of Special Session (as part of the main conference) Organizer(s)
- Each special session will consist of a minimum of 10 research articles, related to the topic.
- The conference allows each author to present no more than three papers.
- Collect high-value technical contributions by directly contacting the colleagues working in the proposed research field in and outside the country.
- Remind your invitees to submit their papers directly to your session using the online submission process of IACC
- We kindly ask you to oversee the paper review during your session as per quality metrics of IACC
- Please remind the author to pre-register the papers in your session before you arrange the paper orders in your session(s); only registered papers will be scheduled in the program (to avoid no-show).
- One of the session organizers receives full travel support (to and Fro, economic category). If the number of accepted articles exceeds 20, the conference will provide travel support for two individuals or a one-person 3 nights stay and travel in the conference city.
- The session organizer ensures that at least two research articles in his session must be out of India.
- In a special session, a maximum of three papers from the session organizer's institute will be considered.
- The general co-chair will receive the research article after the session organizer's recommendation and make a final decision.
